This is the last will and testament of William Cannell of Cronk Moar in
the parish of Lonan farmer revoking and cancelling all wills heretofore made
by me.
I leave and bequeath to my son Thomas Herbert Cannell the sum of five pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Anne Cannell the sum of five pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my daughter Margaret Cannell the sum of five pounds.
I leave and bequeath to my wife Ann Jane Cannell the sum of one hundred
pounds. And at the death of my said wife Ann Jane Cannell the said one
hundred pounds is to go to my son Frederick Cannell.
I leave devise and bequeath to my son William Cannell the whole of the
residue of my estate real and personal including the farm known a CronkMoar
situated in the parish of Lonan.  If my said son William
marries or if by mutual arrangements or to here wise separate and not carry
on the farm as one family the said Anne Jane Cannell the sum of twelve
pounds long as she remains my widow the said twelve pounds to
be a charge upon the real estate.
I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son William Cannell
executor to this my last will and testament this the twenty seventh
27th day of June 1914.                     William Cannell his X mark
