This is the last will and testament of me Christiana Bailey Young of No. 9
Esplanade in the borough of Douglas widow.
I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and I
appoint my son William Edwin Young executor hereof.
I bequeath to my said son William Edwin Young the sum of fifteen pounds and
the two large Military engravings now in my Drawing Room.
I bequeath to my daughter Emily Eva Matthew my piano.
I bequeath to my daughter Amy Frances Warriner my gold watch and chain.
I bequeath to my daughter Bessie Maud Berry the three engravings with dark
frames now in my Dining Room.
I bequeath to my daughter Ethel Marion Bailey Callow all the engravings now
in my back Dining Room and my best plated Tea and Coffee Service.
I devise and bequeath the whole of the real and personal estate whatsoever
and whersoever of or to which I shall have at my death be seised possessed
or entitled or over which I shall have a general power of appointment or
disposition by will (except the goods and effects hereinbefore specifically
bequeathed) unto my said son William Edwin Young To hold to him and his
heirs executors administrators and assigns Upon Trust to sell collect all in
or otherwise convert into money all such parts thereof as shall unto consist
of money and out of the moneys to be produced by such sale calling in
collection and conversion and all other moneys arising from or forming part
of my estate to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the
pecuniary legacy hereinbefore bequeathed and to divide the residue thereof
equally amongst my said four daughters Emily Eva Matthew, Amy Frances
Warriner, Bessie Maud Berry and Ethel Marion Bailey Callow.
I declare that the share of my estate which each of my said daughters shall
acquire under this my will shall be for her sole and separate use
independently of any husband she may have or may her after marrry and of his
detbs control and engagements.
Witness my name hereunto subscribed this sixteenth day of April 1904.

William Edwin Young executor of her will died and now she appointed
Frederick Walter Callow of Parliament Street in the town of Ramsey
Ironmonger to be the executor and trustee of her will done 18 August 1908 At
a court holden at Douglas on the 1st day of February 1915. Frederick Walker
Callow sworn executor  with pledges being John James Spence of Athol Street
Douglas Cabinet Maker and John Corkill of Ridgeway Street Douglas
Ironmonger.
