This is the last will and testament of me Elizabeth Jane Joughin of
Thurot Cottage in the parish of Bride spinster.  I revoke all wills and
testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me and
declare this only to be my last will and testament.  I give devise and
bequeath unto my sister Catherine Elinor Joughin the whole of my real
and personal estate of every kind nature and description and
wheresoever the same be situate absolutely the same to be for her own sole
and separate use free form the control debts and engagements of any husband
my said sister may at anytime with full power to my said sister to dispose
of the same by deed or will notwithstanding coverature. I direct that my
said sister shall so far as possible carry out my last
wishes with  regard to certain of my personal estate and otherwise I
nominate constitute and appoint my said sister sole executrix of this my
will.  In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 20th
day of July 1916.
