Summary: underage John Lewin is to marry Catharine Qualtrough when appropriate, John's mother is Joney Teare, & Catharine's father is Daniel/Donold 
Qualtrough, uncles & overseers of underage John is John Teare & Richard Lewin, pledge for the marriage John Kneale.
Will of aunt of John Lewin: ArW 1658A #028 Michael will of Margaret Shimmin alias Lewin, dated 8 July 1657, husband John Shimmin is alive: husband John 
Shimmin is alive, brother Richard Lewin, Sir Hugh Cannel left 10s, John Quayle left 20s, etc, Ellin Lewin left a heifer & entered a claim, [nephew] John 
Lewin left a cow, witnesses & pledges: John Quayle & Philip Sayle.

Wheras Covenants of Mariage are
agreed & concluded upon betwixt Jony Teare
in ye behalf of her son Jo: Lewne on ye
one ptie & betwixt Don: Qualterough 
in ye behalf of his daughter Kath: Qualterough 
on ye other ptie
And in regard the sd Jo: Lewne is not comen
to ye full age of 14th sd yeares  therfore 
to secure ye Church, & Church offices as con=
cerning ye same vid: that ye mariage
shall be consummatted by the sd Jo:
when he comes to lawfull yeares without
any disturbance or annoyance to Church or
office  the overseer of the sd Jo: Lewne
vid: Jo: Teare & Rich: Lewne doe bynd
themselves in ye penalty of 60£ ye one halfe
to ye Lord of ye soyle & ye othr pte to ye ptie
or pties grived
And further Don: Qualterough ye father &
Jo: Knael of KK Andras doe bynd themselves
for ye consummation of the mariage in the
behalf of the sd Kath: in ye penalty as also[?]
sd always pvided if God pmitt ye same  In
wittnes wherof the pties have subscribed their
names ye day & yeare above sd:
