Cosnahan, Catharine Thomason.  NOTE, that a Deed of Gift previously recorded limits Isabel's power to dispose of her goods.
NOTE, the given names 'Elezabeth' and 'Isabel' are used for the same woman in this will, but in all other records, 
she is recorded as Isabel Barrow/Birrough/ Borrough.

Febr: xith 1646 Mdum: yt is agreed uppon betwixt Sill: Tunman & his wife Issabell, that she is to have xxs[20s] allowed her of that moneys wch Michaell Cross owes to dis =pose of at her pleasure for & in considderacon of that fortie shillings wch Robt: Quaye shold have had for the yeres of his house; In wit= nesse hereof the said Sillavester hath sub= scribed his shyne manuall ye day & yere above written The signe manuall of Selvester Tun Witnesses =man S Willim Cosnahan Thomas Tunman [next page] -----ticles & Covenent of Marriage -----------[in fold] And agreed uppon at ye Contraccon of Silvester Tunman of St Germ: pish on ye one pte and Elizabeth Barrowes late wife of Jo: Carrett of ye same pish on the othr pte as follow =eth: firste yt is covenanted yt ye sd Sillvestr shall take to wiffe ye sd Issabel & that she shall likewise take him ye sd Sillvester for her wedded husband, wthin the tearme of six weekes ensueing if God pmit. Itm yt is convenanted yt yf God shall calle ffirst for ye sd Issabell by death that yen the sd Sillvester shall have & enioye to him his heyres or assignes all the worldly estate moveable & immoveable whatsoever belongeing or proply appertayninge to ye sd Issabell provyded & excepted that the sd Issabell hath power to dispose of her apparell linnen & wollen with one sheet & xxvs[25s] sterling of moneyes at her death by her last will & testament as shee pleaseth.
