sicke in body, yet in pfect remembrance (prayse be my God therefore) doe make this my last will will and Testamt in maner and forme ffollowinge: ffirst I comend my soule into the hands of Almighty God hopinge that by the death and passion of his sonne my Saviour Christ Jesus, the same may be crowned in heaven wth glorie, my body I comend to the Earth, to be interred att the oversight of my
