Husband: 1596 Liber Vastarum, Maughold: entry 49: John L---- was entered for a cottage and garden of 3d yearly rent, 
and he sold it, 12 March 1596/7, to John McCord who was entered for it in 1596.
Husband: 1606 Liber Assed,Maughold: entry 49, Intacks: John McCord had a parcel of intack (house & garden) of 3d yearly rent.
1639 Liber Assed: Maughold: entry 49: John McCord had a parcel of intack land of 3d yearly rent.
NOTE, that the Cord/Kerd family lived mostly in Lezayre & Maughold parishes per the 1515 Manorial Roll.
