The 24th of October 1610 In the name of God Amen, I Ffinlo Cayne sicke in bodie but whole in mynde, and of good and pfect memorie God bee praysed do ----- my will and testament in manr and forme followinge, first ---- committ my soule into the hands of Allmightie God my Creator ---- Redeemer, and my bodie to Christiane buriall, Itm I bequeath & leave the poore at the discretion of my executrixe, Itm to Gilbte Caine my son one mayre viij yeers old out of the whole, Itm I bequeath to my daughter Christian Cayne and her chyld one sheepe, and one lambe, Itm I leave and beqeuath to the said Gilbte my pte of of the crope of corne out of the whole togeather wth the cro--- and the houses wherein I now dwell out of the whole, Itm I leave to Thomas Cayne my OO ij sheepe & ij lambes, Itm I doe constitute and ordaine my wyffe Jony Ylrea my lawfull executrix of all my goods movable and unmovable, Itm my will is that my said wyffe constitute & leave all her childeren exec Itm to Sr Hugh Cannell vicr 1 hogge, and to John Woods clarke 1 hogge Testes Hu: Cannell vicr pbatum est secundum forman John Woods juris et solvit xijd Inventorie before the next Chapter Court sub pena vs[5s] ad usum domm one oxe iiij yeares ould, half one steere ij yeareshalfone mayre & half one mayre, In sheep vij and four yards of whyte cloth & a Toobbe
