kk Christ Leare David Corkill depted this liffe the fourth of Nov---[?] by drowninge hard by his owne house, the church having intelligence thereof hath decreed and ord---- his children, viz, Willm, Christian, and Jon--- by the former wyfe, and Ellin Corkill by the latter wyfe all equall administrators, Itm to the w--- as a legasie his half of a choyce cowe pbatum est et solvit ijs Inventorie ut supra Memorandum all ye grounds that the said David bought since the mariage of his latter wyfe claymed to be due to the latter wyffe her chyld Sr Silvester Crow minister claymeth ten shillings debte of the said David Corkill deceassed pved by the oath of wittnesses Itm Essabell Carrett claymeth vs[5s] 1 cow pryced to xxiiijs ij bullocks xs[10s], dj a bullock ij2 vjd 1 mayre and a foale xvs, ij sheep, ij ewes, and two lambes vjs Itm viij muttons xvjs, Itm vj sheep & vj lambes xjs vjd, Itm vj ewes vjs, Itm iiij yonge muttons vjs, als the houshould stuffe pryced to ijs Xauffe[?Christopher] Corkill & Willm Killie sureties for the foorthcominge of the said goods to the childeren of the said testator when they come to yeares of discrecon
