Whearas Xtofor Carret the xxviijth of June did in pfect
memorie uttered the words conteyned under the testimonie
of sufficient witnesses sworne and annexed to this our
further decree concerning his goods unbequeathed, we first
order and decree that in regard the forenamed Xtofer
constituted no executors in that will writtinge which
he accounted as a will, that his children unmaried
that is to saie John Carret the yonger his sonne and
Joney Carret his daughter by his later wieff to be his
true and lawfull administr: alwaies provided that all the
legacies in the said writting to be due to those to whome
they were bequeathed and according to the accustomarie
lawe of this Isle as much of crope of corne of ryding
horse and of the ploughe to Phillipp his eldest sonne
