kk Christ anno 1610 The last will and testament of Annas Caisment beinge sicke in bodie but whole in mynd and of pfect memorie (praysed be God) doe make this my will in manr and forme followeinge: first I bequeath my soule into the hands of my Creator and my bodie the Christian buriall, I leave and bequeath to be given to other poore at the tyme usuall one ferlett wheat one ferlett malt and one mutton, I leave and bequeath to Jony Caisment one mutton and one ewe, To Robart Caisment his two daughters one sheepe one ewe, To John Caismente one yonge horse, To his children one sheepe betwixt them, Itm I constitute and appoint and ordayne Robart Caisment my true and lawfull execut of all my goods moveable and unmoveable, Itm leave and bequeath to the Curate one lambe, Itm I leave & bequeath to my uncle John Carrett two muttons and if he refuse to be content wth them for his pte or portion, then he to have what he can or maye by Lawe Inventorie before Candlemas Silvester Crowe next sub pena vs[5s] Testes John Crowe pbatum est et solvit vjd This fyne prsented to the Lords use The Inventory brought in upon our admonition of a former prsentment Robert Casment the Execut: haith upon his oath delivered in that hee have noe more debtless goods but one cowe And hais bond himselfe in double the value to the Lord use to dischardg all thiss[?] accordinge to law & soe to keep the offic harmles from any further incumbrances
