Self &c: 1601 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: Catharine Cowin was entered for farmland of 3s 10d yearly rent in Cr[ow] treen (total rent 11s 6d), and she was now 
old and unable to farm the ground or pay the rents and customs, so that her third part of the quarter land was sett upon her sons? Patrick Cowin & Thomas 
Cowin, with James Kermode still entered for 7s 8d of the quarter land rent.
Self &c: 1607 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: James Kermode had rent in a mill/firma mollend of 3s yearly rent (total rent 3s), and he sold it with the consent of 
his wife to Sir William Norris & his wife Elizabeth Norris alias Clark.
Self &c: 1602 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: Philip Scarff was entered for 18d yearly rent for farmland in Colby treen (total rent 5s 10d), and in 1602, 
his son Philip Scarff was entered for 17.5d, & James Kermode for 17.5d yearly rent, & Gilbert Quark for the rest of the quarterland rent.
Self & son: 1634 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: James Kermode was entered for farmland of 18 1/2d yearly rent in Colby treen (total rent 5s 10d), 
and in 1634, his son [& heir] Daniel/Donold Kermode was in possession of it and entered for it.
Son & granddau & her husband: 1646 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: Daniel/Donold Kermode was entered for 2 parcels of farmland of 17 1/2d & 17 1/2d yearly rents in 
Colby treen (total rent 5s 10d), and in 1646, he gave land of 7 1/2d to [son in law] John Hogg in bargain of contract with his daughter Margaret, so that 
John Hogg & Margaret Hogg alias Kermode were entered for 7 1/2d rent & Daniel/Donold Kermode was entered for 2s 3 1/2d yearly rent.
Son &c: 1647 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: Daniel/Donold Kermode was entered for farmland of 2s 3 1/2d yearly rent in Colby treen (total rent 5s 10d), 
and he sold land of 7 1/2d yearly rent to James Kermode, who was entered for it in 1647.
1654 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: James Kermode had farmland of 7 1/2d yearly rent in Colby treen (total rent 5s 10d), and, 
with the consent of his wife, he sold the rent to William Clague & his wife Isabel Clague alias Stole/Stowell.
Son & grandson &c: 1654 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: Daniel/Donold Kermode had farmland of 20d yearly rent in Colby treen (total rent 5s 10d), In 1640, a 9d 
parcel of ground was mortgaged by Daniel/Donold Kermod & his son William Kermode to Philip Moore & John Moore for £3 5s 5d, with the parcel to be redeemed 
in 3 years or else forfeited. The land was forfeited, so now Phliip Moore of Douglas & John Murrey sold the same to William Hogg for £3 5s 5d.
   Grandson & grandson in law: 1666 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: William Hogg had farmland of 9d yearly rent in Colby treen (total rent 5s 10d), 
   and in 1666, by the consent of William Hogg, his brother in law William Kermode was entered for the 9d yearly rent.
Son: 1654 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: Daniel/Donold Kermode had farmland of 7 1/2d yearly rent in Colby treen (total rent 5s 10d), and, with the consent of his 
wife, he sold the rent to William Clague & his wife Isabel Clague alias Stole/Stowell.
Son: 1648 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: cottages 12d total rent: James Kermode had cottages of 6d rent, 
and he sold his 6d rent for £5, to Thomas Carrown who was entered for it.
Son & granddau & her husband: 1646 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: intack 6d total rent: Daniel/Donold Kermode was entered for a parcel of intack ground of 3d yearly 
rent (total rent for the parcel 6d), and dau Maragaret Kermode & her new husband John Hogg were entered for it by contract bargain.
Son: 1647 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: Daniel / Donold Kermode was entered for a parcel of intack ground of [rest of sentence missing?]
Son &c: 1641 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: intack 1d total rent: Ewan Scarff had a parcel of intack of 1d yearly rent (total rent 1d), and in 1641, James 
Kermode was entered for it by a grant from John Scarff son of Ewan and from Thomas Callin son in law of Ewan (married to Ewan's daughter.
Son &c: 1641 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: intack 1d total rent: Ewan Scarff had a 2nd parcel of intack of 1d yearly rent (total rent 1d), and in 1641, 
James Kermode was entered for it by a grant from John Scarff son of Ewan and from Thomas Callin son in law of Ewan (married to Ewan's daughter.

and in 1641, James Kermode was entered for all of the 5d rent except for 3 farthings.
