Archdeacon Will 1661A #064 Braddan will of Gilbert Killey, orphan, son of deceased Gilbert, died 20 December 1662: 
Summary: father Gilbert Killey deceased; mother [Margaret Kewley] is dead, sisters Marriad & sister Ann; next of kin of the father's side supervisors.

Father: Braddan parish register: Gilbt Killy de Tromoad bur 15 Apr 1660, Episcopal Will 1659-6 Braddan, of Gilbert Kelley.
Grandfather & father & mother:  1651 Liber Vastarum Onchan: Edmund Kewley had farmland of 12s 4d rent in Horaldre treen, and in 1651, Gilbert Killey & 
Margaret Kewley his wife were entered for 6s 6 1/2d rent in bargain contract with Gilbert Killey with his wife Margaret Kewley who was the daughter of 
Edmund Kewley.
Grandfather Edmund Kewley: 1668 Liber Vastarum Onchan: Edward/Edmund Kewley had farmland of 6s 6 1/2d rent in Tromode treen, and was dead in 1668 so 
that his son John Kewley inherited it, and John sold 6s 5 1/2d to Robert Cannell & reserved 1d rent to himself.
Mother Margaret Kewley & father Gilbert Killey: 1678 Liber Vastarum Onchan: Gilbert Killey & Margaret Kewley had farmland of 14s 4d rent in Tromode treen, 
and in 1678, a parcel of 1d rent was sold by their son John Kewley & his wife Ellin Kewley to John Cannell.
Mother Margaret Kewley & father Gilbert Killey: 1686 Liber Vastarum Onchan: Gilbert Killey & Margaret Kewley had farmland of 5s 5 1/2d rent in Tromode 
treen, and Marriad Killey & John Killey sold it to Thomas Watterson who was entered for it in 1686.
Uncle John Kewley: 1686 Liber Vastarum Onchan: John had farmland in Tromode treen and his son & heir William Kewley sold the farmland of 8s 2d rent to 
John Coultry who was entered for it in 1686.
