Robert from his decease father John & deceased mother), brother in law? Daniel Fayle, also: Grace Cruith or Crinth, witnesses: John Brew & William Corkill; 
pledges: John Brew & Paul Oates.    
Wife: Braddan parish register: Bahee Fayle als Oats bur 17 Dec 1684; Episcopal Will (listed under Bahie Fayle).
?Father:  Episcopal will books 1639-1642 Braddan will of John Oates.
Will of father in law:  ArW 1647A #09 Braddan will of John Fayle senior, died 19 June 1647 intestate: wife not mentioned, unmarried son William junior, 
unmarried son Henry & unmarried dau Bahie [married Paul Oates by 1660], married son William senior & married son Daniel/Donold Fayle. 
Will of brother in law: ArW 1647A #08 Braddan will of John Fayle junior, died at sea 25 July 1647 intestate: 2nd wife is not mentioned, underage son Robert 
by first wife, underage dau Isabel by 2nd wife, brother William Fayle senior, brother William Fayle junior, sister Bahie Fayle [married Paul Oates by 1660], 
also Harry[?] Fayle is mentioned (?dead), also: William Corlett entered a claim for 4s (the cost of winding sheets for the testator John & for Harry/Henry 
Fayle [?his brother]).

& he was dead so his son Paul Oates was entered for the same in 1654, having the sole right to it.
