Martin Crellin, sold it to Robert Quay, who was entered for the 2d rent in 1662.

   Father in law & mother in law: 1687 Liber Vastarum, Malew: Edward Quay & wife had cottages in Villa Caster of 5d rent, and in 1687, 
   John Moore had the right of 4d and was entered for it,and Charles Voast had 1d of the rent.
Husband: 1693 Liber Vastarum, Malew: John Lastell had a cottage in villa Caster of 1d rent, and the rent fell to Thomas Quay of Castletown who sold 
the rent to Patrick Christian of Ballaquayle & he with his wife Ellin Quayle sold the same to Robert Quay who was entered for the 1d rent in 1693.
