Archdeacon Will 1663A #131 Malew will of Henry Crebbin, of the Milne & of Ballakelly in Grenwyck treen, died 16 March 1663/4 & buried in Santan parish:
Summary: wife Elizabeth/Isabel Harrison is alive, son William Crebbin (underage, left land bought in Santan Parish [Ballakelly in Grenwyck treen]), 
daughter Isabel (of age), dau Ann (has a handfasting bargain, ?older than 14 so mother does not have custody of her legacies but less than 21 & so too 
young to be a supervisor?); supervisors: Edmund Moore [of Ballavilley] & William Moore, witnesses: Edmund Moore & Thomas Keig, pledges Henry Clucas in 
Malew & Robt Brew in Santan,  NOTE, that the supervisors lived on farms next to Henry's in Santan parish, but do not appear to be related.
Malew parish register: Hen: Crobin, The Milne (buried at Kk Santan) on 17 March 1663/4.
Wife: Malew parish register: Issable Crobin als Harrison  buried 11 August 1678, Episcopal Will.
NOTE, that Henry's wife may have originally been 'Elsabeth', which sometimes morphed into Elizabeth but usually morphed into Isabel.
   Supervisor Edmund: ArW 1676A #24 Santan will of Edmund Moore of Ballavilley, dated 26 January 1676/7: wife Joney Quay died 1676; eldest son Thomas Moore 
   (left Ballavilley), son William (left ground in Braddan, of age by 1683), eldest dau Mally/Mary (of age by 1683, married John Callister by 1694), dau 
   Ellin (of age by 1683) & dau Margaret (youngest daughter, died in Ireland by 1694); witnesses: John Brew & William Moore; pledges: brother Thomas Moore 
   & William Bridson.
Self: 1639 Liber Assed, Santan: in 1639, Henry Crebbin had waste land/pasture land of 3d yearly rent.
Self & son & witness & etc: 1670 Liber Vastarum, Santan: Ann Kelly had farmland of 7s 5d rent in Grenwyck treen (total quarterland rent of 16s 10d), and 
she was long dead with the right of it descending to her daughter Jane Moore as next heir, & she sold it to Edmund Moore & Henry Crebbin, the father of 
William Crebbin, who bought the 3rd part of the 7s 5d, and the said Edmund bought two parts & sold half of the two parts to Thomas Kinish, so now the said 
3 parties are interested in the same 7s 5d equally amongst themselves & are so entered (with William entered for his deceased father Henry).
Self & son & witness & etc: 1670 Liber Vastarum, Santan: Edmund Moore & Thomas Kinnish & William Crebbin had equal parts in farmland of 7s 5d rent in 
Grenwyk treen (total quarterland rent of 16s 10d), and they were now entered for just 4s 4 1/2d rent, with Thomas Moore pred for 2d of the rent in 1682.  
Son, etc: 1686 Liber Assed, Santan: the following paid the quarterland rent of 16s 10d amongst themselves as follows: ann Kinnish & Thomas Brew 7s 8d, 
William Crebbin & Ann Kinnish & Thomas Brew & William Crebbin for 7s 4 1/2d, Thomas Moore senior for 2d, Thomas Brew for 10d, and Sir John Cosnahan for 
10d rent.
Dau: Malew parish register: Isobel Kissag als Crebbin, of Kk Santon, buried 21 Mar 1728/9.
Dau: Santan parish register: Isabel Crebbin married Hugh Kissage on 21 February 1684/5 in Malew.
Dau: Santan parish register: Ann Crebbin married Thomas Kinley on 11 December 1683 in Malew.

xxxx is pregnant (dau Ann christened 4 February 1695/6), eldest son John [married Margaret Bell about 1716], son Henry [married 1st Bahie Caine in 1721/2, 
2nd Margaret Kelly in April 1729], dau Margaret, posthumous daughter Ann, brother in law Thomas Kinley [married Ann Crebbin in 1683], brother in law Hugh 
Kissage [married Isabel Crebbin in 1684/5], witnesses: Hugh Kinnish & John Moore & Patrick Quay; pledges: Robert Brew and John Brew.
Son: Santan parish register: Will Crebbin (plow wright), buried 14 December 1695.
   Grandson: Santan parish register: John Crebbin aged 86 years buried 13 Oct 1772 born about 1686.
   Grandson: Santan parish register: Henry Crebbin son of Will: Crebbin & Margt: christened 19 October 1691 in Santan.
   Granddau: Santan parish register: Margret Crebbin dau of Will: Crebbin & Margt: christened 10 March 1693/4 in Santan.
   Granddau: Santan parish register: Ann Crebbin dau of Will: Crebbin & Margt: christened 4 February 1695/6 in Santan.
   Grandson: Santan parish register: Will: Crebbin son to Wm Crebbin & Margt buried  5 March 1692.

      Greatgrandson: IOM FHS MI, Jurby Old & New Yards: stone 302: Sacred to the memory of Esther Crebbin, wife of the Rev William Crebbin and daughter of 
      Robert Brew of Ballavarran and Christian Brew alias Christian his wife of Ballamoar and interred here the 2nd day of October A.D. 1771, aged 50 years.  
      And her husband the Reverend William Crebbin who was vicar of this Parish sixty years and in sure and certain hope of a joyful and in sure and certain 
      hope of a joyful resurrection, resigned his soul in God on the 19th day of November 1803 in the 87th year of his age. God is all in all.
