only daughter Catharine Jane/McEgene (of lawful years), son of Mr Thomas Radcliffe, pledges: Thomas Radcliffe & Thomas Carran, also: Mary Cowle entered a 
claim for 30s 6d debt per her Contract Bargain,  QUESTION, is she the 2nd wife of Roger, & her Marriage Contract with him gave her 30s 6d?

because he was poor and not able to pay the rent, so the chapter quest sett it upon the said Roger Jane.
