William Quirk inherited the land, and William's daughter Alice Quirk became heir and she and her husband Henry Crellin were entered for land amounting to 5s 
by virtue of a Contraction Bargain, with Henry Clucas being entered by arbitration for 4d in 1660.

NOTE, Patrick Quirk is the father of William Quirk (died 1665) who was the father of Alice Quirk whose husband was Henry Crellin.
