   he surrendered the 3s rent to his son Phinlo Fargher, by the delivery of the straw.
Self & father: 1645 Liber Vastarum, Patrick: Phinlo Fargher had farmland of 3s (or 4s) yearly rent in Balyhig/Ballahegge treen and by 1645, 
he was dead & his daughter Ann Fargher was entered for it.

was his grandchild & the land lawfully descended to her, therefore Ann with her husband Phinlo Clucas were entered for it.

so her son John Clucas was entered for it in 1696 as the right tenant.
