Archdeacon Will 1665A #014 Lonan will of Isabel Cotteen alias Teare, died 7 January 1664/5:  
Summary: husband Phinlo Cotteen is alive [died 1675 Lonan, intestate]; youngest daughter Isabell; son James of age & dau Jane Cotteen of age, witness: 
Philip Clague, pledges: Phinlo Corkill & Philip Clague.
Husband: Phinlo Cotteen buried 19 May 1675 Lonan, intestate per 1675 defuncts Lonan.
Husband & etc: 1678 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: William Lewney had farmland in Raby treen [total rent 14s], & it descended by right of heirship to Gilbert Brew 
& his wife Marriad, who sold 6s 10 1/2d rent to Gilbert Knickle & Philip [?sic, Phinlo] Cotteen and 1 1/2d yearly rent to Gilbert Knickle  who were entered 
for those amounts.
Husband & etc: 1678 Liber Vastarum, Lonan: Phinlo Cotteen had farmland of 1 1/2d yearly rent in Raby treen [total rent 14s], and Gilbert Knickle was in 
possession of the said 1 1/2d rent by virtue of a contract bargain, and so he was entered for it in 1678.
