Summary: husband Edward Kelly remarried to Margaret [Caine], brothers Robert Dobson and William Dobson with their children, sister Margaret xxxx alias 
Dobson and her children, father William Dobson, mother [Catharine Dobson alias Quayle, she died January 1668/9], witnesses: William Fayle & Patrick Kneale 
& Catharine Callow alias Moore.

Father & husband: 1669 Liber Vastarum, Onchan: William Dobson had cottages in Douglas of 12d rent, and he sold 8d rent to John Bridson, and Edward Kelly 
(son in law to William) was entered for the 4d rent by virtue of contract bargain from William Dobson & his wife and an agreement made thereupon before 
Deemster Cannell & the late water bailiff Calcott dated 21 May 1667.
Husband: 1678 Liber Vastarum, Onchan: Edward Kelly had cottages in Douglas of 4d rent, 
and he & his wife sold it to Patrick Christian who was entered in 1678.
Husband & his 2nd wife: 1673 Liber Vastarum, Onchan: Edward Kelly had a cottage in Villa Douglas for 4d rent, and he and his second wife Margaret [Caine] 
sold 1d rent to Sir William Oates, who was entered for it in 1673. The house and garden in Douglas formerly was held by William Dobson, which fell to 
Edward Kelly by marriage to William Dobson's daughter, the former & 1st wife of Edward.  
Husband: 1678 Liber Vastarum, Onchan:  Edward Kelly had rent of 5s 9d in firma brac, and he & his wife sold 3 parts of 2d to Patrick Christian who was 
entered in 1678
1686 Liber Vastarum, Onchan: John Christian had cottage of 1d yearly rent & sold it to Edward Kelly who was entered in 1686.
1706 Liber Vastarum, Onchan: Margaret [Caine] widow of Edward Kelly & her children had cottages of 3d rent in Douglas, 
and gifted to son Robert Kelly for a house & garden, confirmed by the officers, fine 4d.
Old Onchan Sales, bundle 2 #22: Edward Kelly had rent that was gifted to son Robert Kelly: dated 29 March 1705/6 Douglas: Edward Kelly of Douglas & wife 
Margaret Kelly als Caine gave to their only son Robert Kelly their dwelling house, cowhouse & gardens, all 3d rent, half now & half at the decease of the 
longest liver at which time Robert was to give to their youngest daughter Margaret Kelly 30s, witnesses: Robery Kelwy & William Flexney.

Bradan Januarie the 16th 1666/ This will proved in Court ffeb ye xijth 1666/7 The Last will & Testament of Issabell Kelley alias Dobson in manner as followeth vizt: ffirst she bequeathed her soule to God and her Body to Christian Buriall; Itt: she bequeathed to her two Brethren viz Robt and William and everey one of their children six pence apiece Legasie; Itt: she bequeathed unto her sister Margrett and her children six pence apiece Legasie; Itt: she bequeathed unto her father Willm: Dobson 5s; Itt: she bequeathed to her mother 5s Legasie, and a new wastcott if her husband Edw: Kelley would give consent there to; It: she left all the rest of her goods chattles & cattles of what kind or nature soever unto her husband Edward Kelley whom she also ordained Executor of this her Last Will & Testament as witnes our hands this day and yeare first above written Witnesses prsent pbatum est et Solvit xijd Willm Ffaile my mrk X Patrick Kneale my mrk X Cathrine Callow alias Moore her mrk X The Executor sworn in Cort and to bring in a pfect Invent wthin a month sub pena xs[10s] ad usum dom: [next page] Jan: ye 8th 1667/8 Willm Dobson entereth his claime against ye execur of his daugr Issable Dobson for the sume of 13s - 4d due debt being lent money & craveth tryall
