Andreas parish register: Ann Creer buried 30 March 1667.
Will of husband: ArW 1668A #89 Andreas will of William Cannell, died 8 April 1669: wife [Ann Creer] is not mentioned [her will ArW 1666A #39 Andreas], son 
Robert, dau Joney (married with 2 children including a daughter [married in 1663 to Daniel Cowin, he died 1675, ArW 1675A #062 Andreas & she remarried 1677 
to William Teare, Joney died about 1685 Andreas, Episcopal Will]), witnesses: John Huddlestone & Elizabeth/Bessy Cottier, pledges: John Keneen & Daniel 
Kinread.
Dau's 1st husband: Andreas parish register: Joney Cannell married Daniel Cowin on 22 October 1663 in Andreas.
   An oldest child: Andreas parish register: an oldest child (?son) was born about 1665.
   Dau: Andreas parish register: Joney dau of Daniel Cown/Cowin christened 29 October 1668 in Andreas.
   Son: Andreas parish register: Daniel son of Daniel Cown/Cowin christened 13 January 1672/3 in Andreas.   
   Son: Andreas parish register: John son of Daniel Cown/Cowin born 1676 in Andreas.   
   Son: Andreas parish register: John son of Daniel Cown buried 9 August 1676.
Will of dau's 1st husband: ArW 1675A #062 Andreas will of Daniel Cowin, died December 1675: wife [Joney Cannell] is alive & pregnant [she remarried in 1677 
to William Teare, Joney died about 1685 Andreas, Episcopal Will], 3 children plus wife is pregnant, sister Margaret Cowin is very poor,  NOTE, the wife has 
accepted the raising of the children, and because she has very little, and things are scarce, she is allowed to use the legacies of the children to raise 
them. witnesses: Robert Cannell & Sir John Huddlestone, also: [?stepbrother] John Kneale of Mullenlowne, John Lace of Ballavoddan owed Daniel for 4 years 
of wages, [?stepfather] Patrick Kneale senior owed him 4s.

Will of dau:  Episcopal will books 1684-1688 Andreas, will of Joney Teare [alias Cowin] alias Cannell died about 1685.
Self & husband: William Cannell for wife Ann Cannell als Creer entered a claim for various things against the executors of Philip Crenilt, will 1642A #44 
Andreas: The 28th of May 1643: Wm Cannell in the behalfe of his wife Ann Cannell als Creere enterth his clayme against ye execr of Phillip Crynilt for these 
particulars following: Imprmis pd ye moar for fines ...£0 - 1s - 0d, It: for a halfe of a steere wch he promised for fodering & ther cattle he had .... 
0 ----, It: for corne he tooke from Wm Carrett ....0  2  4d, It: for 3 qrtes of corne he owed ....0  1  --[dark] It: for house rome & fyreinge ....0  1  --

NOTE: The old Typed Index lists this person as Ann Camaish alias Creer, but it is clearly written Ann Cannell alias Creer.

Mar ye 30th 67 Andreas Apud Ramsey Jun 3d 1667 The last will & testament of Ann Cannell alias Creer: first she commited her soule to God & her body to Christian buryall; It: consti- tute & ordaine my son Robt: Cannell sole executor of all my goods, houses & land; It: I leave to my daugr nothing but wt she hath already; It: debts due to me from Will Kneele 5s, from Hugh Cannell xs[10s] testes Joh: Huddlestone Mark Quiddy In regard the witnesses cannot sweare yt the said Ann Creer was in pfect memorie at the making of the said will: therefore the Court hath decreed her sonn Robt: Cannell Admynistrator; a legasie to the husband upon sight of the Invent: the admynistrator sworne in Court Solvo tamen vincuig suo jure Decretum et solvit .... 1s - 6d 14 days is given to ye administrator to bring in a pfect Invent sub pena xs[10s] The Invent of the said Ann Creer priced by 4 sworne men Gilbt: Cowle Joh: Lace Donll Lace & Charles Cowle all amounts to 28s - 0d the goods in the Admynistrator owne hands & at lawfull yeeres & give in pledge secunda forman legis Willm: Cotter & Edwd: Kneckle [next page] ffeb ye 5th 1667 Gilbt: Cowle entereth his claime against ye administrator of Ann Creer for 3s-6d & the harvest quarter work, & craveth tryall
