fine, per note dated 10 July 1668 Maughold, and on 12 November 1668 he was ordered to pay a fine after being imprisoned for striking her.
Will of mother: ArW 1668A #83 Andreas will of Joney [Martin] alias Christian, died about 12 December 1668, intestate, proved at Bride 28 March 1669: 
administrators are the grandchildren: granddau Christian (of age) & grandson John (of age) & granddau Ellin/Nelly & granddau Joney Kneale, son in law 
[Michael] Kneale (father of the grandchildren) is alive, pledges John Lace & John Kneale,  NOTE, Michael Kneale is probably the son in law of the testator 
Joney, otherwise the Court would have named him as an administrator.

which then when to her & her husband John Cowle in 1691, at which time the lives were expired.
