is alive [he remarried to Joney Cottiam, his will ArW 1666A #57 Ballaugh], son Thomas Kermode, son Daniel Kermode.
Will of 2nd wife: ArW 1678A #48 Ballaugh will of Joney Kermode alias Cottiam: husband [Thomas] Kermode is dead, ArW 1666A #57 Ballaugh [he was previously 
married to Margaret Durkan, ArW 1649A #035 Ballaugh], son & executor John Kermode, dau & executrix Margaret Kermode, stepson Thomas Kermode, witnesses: 
Thomas Boddaugh/Boyde (married [to Mary Cowle]) & William Stephen;  NOTE, That Thomas Boddaugh is to inherit the lands if the executors John & Margaret 
Kermode die without issue, and then the 2nd in line stepson Thomas Kermode died without issue.
