Will of 1st wife: ArW 1649A #035 Ballaugh will of Margaret Kermode als Durkan, an Irish woman, died January 1649/50 intestate: husband [Thomas] Kermode 
is alive [he remarried to Joney Cottiam, his will ArW 1666A #57 Ballaugh], son Thomas Kermode, son Daniel Kermode.
Will of 2nd wife: ArW 1678A #48 Ballaugh will of Joney Kermode alias Cottiam: husband [Thomas] Kermode is dead, ArW 1666A #57 Ballaugh [he was previously 
married to Margaret Durkan, ArW 1649A #035 Ballaugh], son & executor John Kermode, dau & executrix Margaret Kermode, stepson Thomas Kermode, witnesses: 
Thomas Boddaugh/Boyde (married [to Mary Cowle]) & William Stephen;  NOTE, That Thomas Boddaugh is to inherit the lands if the executors John & Margaret 
Kermode die without issue, and then the 2nd in line stepson Thomas Kermode died without issue.

2nd wife Isabel Crowe, son Charles Kermode (underage, by 1st wife, of age by October 1700), brother John Kermode, brother in law Philip Crowe, also: 
[brother in law] John Keig's children [John is widower of Margaret Kermode], Thomas Corlett & wife & son John Corlett, Patrick Brew in Jurby, supervisors

securite for yr pt of goods, but in regard one of ym is out 
of ye country & ye other at hyre,  Its orderd yt yr owne goods shall 
answer to ye mother for bringe up of ye children for yr pt
