   both by Contraction Bargains.

   Contraction Bargain from John Costeen, as before.
   1704 Composition Book, Maughold: Patrick Killey & his wife had a house & part of a garden in Ramsey of 3d rent & also 2d more being a part of a garden, 
   not compounded for, & reserving the right of their son William Killey.
