Archdeacon Will 1667A #46 Santan will of Thomas Quay, died 1 February 1667/8, intestate: 
Summary: not married, brother Christopher, sister Christian, also: Robert Brew entered a claim for a fourth part of a grandchild's legacy.
See: 1659 Liber Vastarum, Santan: Christopher Brew had farmland with a yearly rent of 2s 5d in Knocklough treen (total 18s 4d), & Christopher Quay & his 
wife Isabel Quay als Brew als Craine were entered for it after buying it from Christopher Quay, with the proviso that when the dau of Isabel comes to 
lawful years, she would have the choice to have the land, the consideration being 20s, or else she could renounce her claim so that she & her descendents 
could never claim any title to it.  
See: 1664 Liber Vastarum, Santan: Thomas Quay had farmland of 12d rent in Saurbrick treen, and his nephew Thomas Quay son of Christopher Quay (brother of 
the original Thomas Quay) consented to him selling it to John Moore and John Oates, who were entered for the 12d rent in 1664.

by 1659, & they had a daughter, Isabel died 1705, Episcopal will], underage children, sister Margaret Quay, overseers: William Bridson & Robert Brew, 
witnesses: William Bridson & Hugh Conara[?].

St Ann Tho: Quay enters his clame against ye Tho: Quay depted this life about ye first of ffebruary last Intestate wherof ye Church having Intelligence hath decreed his brother and sister viz Christopher, and Christian Quay Admrs of all his goods movable and unmovable whatsoever Salvo tamen vincuig Decretum et solvit 1s vjd suo jure The Inventory within a month sub pena xs[10s] as usum dom: [note amongst the 1668 wills: Santan in ye book 67 Rob: Brew enters against ye execr of Tho: Qua for halfe a cow due debt a ew & the 4th pt of a granchilde stuffe & craveth tryall in Mr Ffox absence I am required to take congnizans hereof ffeb 18, 68
