Archdeacon Will 1668A #40 Santan will of Robert Brew, dated 19 April 1669:
Summary: wife Christian Kissack is alive, son in law William Cowle (married to Ellin Brew, they have a Contract Bargain), grandson William Cowle, dau 
Margaret, dau Jane, dau Christian (underage), also deceased Robert Kissack & John Kissack had a parcel of intack belonging to the testator.

and he was dead, so his dau & heiress Ellin Brew & her husband William Cowle were entered for it in 1669.

Daughter Margrett, son William, youngest Christopher. Mr. Cosnahan. Land left to her three children Christian, Margrett & Christopher, who were also her
executors. Wittnesses: William Kissage and Robt Moor. Pledges Will: Cowl, Will: Kissage.
Will of son in law: ArW 1707A #30 Santan will of William Cowle, clerk of Santan Parish, died January 1707/8: 30, St Anne, January 7th 1707/8: Wife not
mentioned. Children: William, Christopher, Christian (wife of Willm Cannon), & Margarett Cowle (sole executrix). Witnesses Thomas Brew and Christopher Brew.
   ?Granddau Christian Cowle & her stepson: 1716 Old Michael Sales/Agreement #65: date 29 June 1716, agreement between John Cannon of the Nary, Michael & 
   his stepmother Christian Cannon alias Cowle: Christian by contract & by her husband's will has the right to only a quarter of the estate, being his 2nd 
   wife; John Cannon & his stepmother Christian are to share euqally for 5 years more, starting Michaelmas 1721, after which Christian is to give up half 
   her moiety; the purchased lands & intacks are to be joined to the estate of inheritance but Christian can continue in possession of one quarter during 
   her life, & the heir to have the dwelling house & widow house she now dwells in, whe making a wall for partition and he finding door posts & she finding 
   leaf & locks; though John is bound by law to maintain one of the children & a 4th part of maintenance of another, the widow herself to keep all children, 
   he allowing her metcorn, etc; witnesses: Christopher Cowle & John Cannon, Court 1716.
   ?Husband of granddau Christian Cowle & his son (her stepson): 1705 Old Michael Sales, #36: date 11 November 1704: John Cannon sold land to William Quayle: 
   John Cannon of Michael & his wife Christian Cannon alias Cannell sold for £1 4s to William Quayle of Cammall in Michael half a daymoth of hayland 
   (single rent 4d) puschased by John's father William Cannon of the quarterland of Cammall and bequeathed to John & his wife & now in the possession of  
   the said William Quayle, witnesses: William Teare & Charles Kaighin & William Corlett, Court June 1705.
   ?Husband of granddau Christian Cowle (she was his 2nd wife): 1691 Composition Book, Michael: John Cannon & John Cannell were entered for/compounded for 
   farmland in 1643, and in 1691, tenants were William Cannon & Thomas Cannell, with lives in being William Cannon aged 60 years (died about 1631) who was 
   dead by 1704.
   ?Husband of granddau Christian Cowle (she was his 2nd wife): 1691 Composition Book, Michael: William Cannon was entered for farmland in 1643, 
   and in 1691, William Cannon was tenant of it, with lives in being William Cannon aged 70 years (born about 1621) who was dead by 1704.
