   afidavit suspended released because he came beefore the Chapter did rise.
?Wife & father in law & gfa in law: 1654 Liber Vastarum, German: Morish Killey had a parcel of intack land belonging to Sarsdell treen of 12d yearly rent, 
and his son John Killey inherited as his right, and John gave it in Contract Bargain to his dau Isabel Killey & her new husband William Cannelll, who were 
entered for it in 1654.

gave it in Contract Bargain to his dau Isabel Killey & her new husband William Cannell, who were entered for it in 1654.

of 4 1/2d yearly rent in Contract Bargain to his dau Isabel Killey & her new husband William Cannell, who were entered for it in 1654.

their son Thomas Cannell with the consent of his wife Mally Cannell alias xxxx sold the rent & land to David Callister who was entered for it in 1694.
   Morish & grandson: 1668 Liber Vastarum, German: Morish? Killey had a parcel of intack land belonging to Scarsdell treen of 9d yearly rent, & Morish? 
   being long dead, the right has falling to his grandson John Killey, who was entered for 4 1/2d rent, and William Cannell for the other 4 1/2d rent 
   by virtue of a bill of sale from John to William.
