   Wife: Braddan parish register:  Ann Cowin als Cotch buried 24 December 1701 Episcopal Will 1701 Braddan. 
   NOTE: The surname of Thomas is recorded both as 'Chotch' and 'Choats', suggesting that the surname Cotch is the same as morphed into Coats. However, I 
   believe this is a red herring and Cotch is a separate family from Coats.
