NOTE: The old Typed Index lists her as 'KATTEN ali Quane, Ann', but careful study of her surname reveals her to be Ann Dalton alias Quane. The surname 
'Dalton' is made clearer when the name of one of the appraisers (Donald Dalten) is viewed and studied.
