The last will & Testamt: of Mally Teare  Saile who depted 
this life ye 24th of Decembr in Anno predicto
Being in pfect memory comitted her soul to God 
her body to Xtian buriall,   Itm: she left to Philip 
Tears wife a suite of her cloathes.  Itm: to Philip Goldsmith 
wife a petticoat, a coife & Bussell & a blankett.  Itm: to 
her Godson ye son Dan: Teare a yearling,  Itm: to Wm Teare 
an ewe lamb,  Itm: to her sister Jony a linen wheel & choice 
petticoat & karchiff,   Itm: to Wm Sayle her chest,  Itm: she 
delcared yt Jon: Cowle owed her 16s at wch she forgave 
him two shillings if he payd ye rest quietly.  Itm: yt James 
Wayd owed her 4s of wch she forgave 1s.  Itm: She left 
to her sister Jony six shillings due from Tho: Crenell.   
Itm: to her sister in Ireland a blankett or sheet if she came 
for it.   Itm: yt shee remitted by Philip Goldsmith 10d of 3s - 10d 
due to her from him;   Itm: to ye wittnesses 6d apeicce 
Itm: to ye Minster 1s & ordained her brother Will: Sayle 
& sister Jony Sayl joynt executors of ye rest of her goods 
and yt her sd sister should have ye sheep in her own keeping 
& her brother those sheep in his keeping and the legasyes of 
sheep to be paid out of her brothers pt of neither of her 
execr: to be questioned by the other for any thing due to her

due death as will be made to appear & craveth tryall, wch claim is accepted 
of after ye year & day by reason ye claimer was a tranmarian, and being 
yet wth in the limitacon of ye statute pvidewd in yt behalf
