March ye 27th 1682 German In the name of God Amen, I Elizabeth Cusnahan being sick in bodie but whole in mind & memorie praised be God doe make my last will & Testamt: in manner following. First I committ my soul to God who made it & to my blessed Saviour who redeemed it and my bodie to Christian buriall in hopes of a joyfull & blessed resurrection from the dead; Itm: I leave to my cosen Dorathie Carrett als Bredson all my cloathes & linnen It: to her daughter Ann Carrett the heifer wch I had in Legacie from my sister Ann Cusnahan. Itm: I leave to my cosen Margrett Cowper a pewter voider, Itm: I leave to my cosen Margrett Cowper junr a green petticoate Itm: I leave to my sister Marjerie six pence in Legacie, hereby cutting her off from having any right to my goods; Itm: I leave my cosen Willm: Cowper senr to take care of my sister Ellin that she received from John Quirk what the house & gardens shall be priced unto, with what is due to me & her out of ye goods of our deceased sister Ann Cusnahan his wife, & yt there be noe division of ye said house & gardens, but ye price to be paid by him to my sd sister Ellin. Itm: I leave to ye minister 12d. Lastly I doe constituted & appoint my deer sister Ellin my lawfull Executrx: of all ye rest of my goods moveable & unmoveable.
