The last will & Testament of Thomas Hutchin who de-
parted this life ye 9th of March last past.    first he com
mitted his soul to God and his body to Christian buriall.  It: he 
left half ye crop & half the teame to his heir Patrick & all his part of the 
geares belonging to ye working of ye land.  Itm: to his son Thomas 
an heifer or 20s.  Itm: to his granddaughter Alice Karran 
20s being due to her out of her mothers goods.   Itm: to his foresd 
son Patrick a maire.   Itm: he declared that there was due to 
his brother Willms children 20s wherof he thought there was in 
their mothers hands 7s, the rest in his own hands.  Lastly he 
did leave to his daughter Ellin a bowle of barley 
Lastly he did constitute and appoint his children Willm:  & Ellin 
his lawfull executors of all ye rest of his goods moveable 
and immoveable
