1669 Liber Vastarum, Ballaugh:   
   1669: William Callow had farm land in Ballamoney treen for a rent of 4d, & Thomas Clark & the executors of his deceased wife Elizabeth/Isabel Freer 
	 were entered for 1d + 1/3 part 1d parcel, by virtue of a proceeding made in Spiritual court & Temporal Court
   1669: William Callow had a parcel of Intack belonging to Ballamoney treen for a rent of 6d, & Thomas Clark & the executors of his deceased wife 
	 Elizabeth/Isabel Freer were entered for a parcel of 1d and Nicholas Moore was entered for another 1d, of the original 6d parcel
   1701: Thomas Clark, being dead [died in 1682], had a parcel of Intack belonging to Ballamoney treen for a rent of 16d, and his son was entered 
         for the 16d rent, reserving the right of his eldest brother Wm Clark who has been out of the Isle this 30 yeares and not heard of

   1670, William Clark (long dead by 1670) had Intack belonging to Slekby treen for rent of 12d, and his son & heir Thomas Clark sold it along with all his 
	 inheritance to Daniel Christian, who gave it to his son John Christian, who then sold it to Thomas Mylecarran/Carran who was entered for the parcel in 1670
   1671, Thomas Clark had Intack belonging to Slekby treen for rent of 18d, that had erroneously been listed as 23d, but was corrected in 1671
   1676, William Clark (long dead by 1676) had Intack belonging to Slekby treen for rent of 3s 4d, and his son & heir Thomas Clark sold it to William Christian 
	 late of KnockRushen, who then sold it to Daniel Christian, who gave it to his son John Christian, who was entered for the parcel in 1676
   1677, William Clark (long dead by 1677) had Intack belonging to Knocksewell treen for rent of 4s, and his son & heir Thomas Clark sold it along with all 
	 his inheritance to Daniel Christian, who gave it to his son John Christian, who then sold a parcel of 1d rent to Hugh Black, who was entered for this 1d 
	 parcel in 1677; note this penny rent joynes to ye other parcell wch is called Callys Close, & bought by ye sd Hugh Blacke formerly from ye sd Jo Xpin, ye 
	 sd land of 1d rent bendinge & trandinge it self from a nooke of land of ye sd Close-a-Cally through ye lough to ye Deemster's Close & from thence inward 
	 againe, as may more at lardge appear by his bill of sayle
   1678, William Clark (long dead by 1678) had Intack belonging to Le Soulby treen for rent of 6d, and his son & heir Thomas Clark sold it along with all his 
	 inheritance to Daniel Christian, who gave it to his son John Christian, who then sold this parcel to Thomas Teare, who was entered for this parcel in 1679
   1687, William Clark (long dead by 1678) had Intack belonging to Ballacurrey quarterland in Le Soulby treen for rent of 12d, and his son & heir Thomas Clark 
	 sold it to William Christian late of KnockRushen, who then sold it to Daniel Christian, who gave it to his son John Christian the heir of Ballacurrey; John 
	 with the consent of wife Amy & their eldest son Robert sold it to Daniel Mylrea, who was entered for it in 1687.
   Also, 1679, Thomas Clark had Intack belonging to Dalyott treen for rent of of 18d, and John Teare was entered for it by virtue of a contract bargain from Ann Teare
will of wife's nephew: ArW 1659A #33 Ballaugh will of John Callow, adolescent, died before April 1656, mother Ann Freer died 1642, father Thomas Callow 
died 1656; John's will disputed by his maternal aunts Isabel Clarke als Freer (wife of Thomas Clarke) & Joney Freere on the one part, and Ann's husband

Ballaugh 1682 The last will and testament of Thom: Cleark who departed this life ye 7th of April 1682. It: he commited his soul unto God and his body to a Christian buriel. It: he bequeathed unto ye poore halfe a firlett of meal. It: he left and bequeathed unto his wife Conie Cleark his part of a colt legasie. It: six pence legasie unto his son Wm Cleark yt is in Irland if soe be yt he coms to sue for any of his goods. It: he left and bequeathed unto his sons that is to Patt: and George Clearke all ye right and Interest that he had in Calows lands and if soe be that either of them be a waster of his goods that he hast not the libertie to set or sell ye sd lands but ye other is to have it free.
