Jurby 1682 The last will and testament of An Freere who depted this life the 16th of Aprill 1682, who first committed her soule to God and her body to Xtian buriall. Itm: to her son Willm: Kelley her pte of the houses and lands they lived in to wch her husband consented that he should likewise ---[edge] his dicease have his pte. It: to her sd son her pte of ye cropp of corne ---[edge] geares belonging to ye working of the lands and a steare 3 years old. It: to her sister Katherine a wearing petticott of pladdin. Itm: to her sister Jony a wascott a payre of bodies and a shirt and her old apron. Itm: to her daughter Katherine Kellie all ye rest of her shapen cloathe woollen and linnen. Itm: to ye minister 1s. Itm: she constituted and appoynted her husband Tho: Kellie her true and lawfull executor of all the rest of her goods movable and unmovable, and he to bring up ye youngest child maintaineing him wth meate drinke and apparrill, having the tution of the children, and if it please God to call for the eldest child under years then the Lands houses and goods to returne to ye next and soe from one to another, and if it please the Almighty to call for all the children before they came to yeares of discrecon that then her foresd husband should enjoy all the houses lands and goods, that her brother and sisters should have 6d legasie apiece.
