deceased William Kelly (Ann had Christian's legacy in her hands); pledges: Gilbert Callow & Henry Gell; also: Joney Clague & Thomas Freer & Patrick Kelly.

a parcel of farmland of 6s 9d rent in Kneebe treen, and Phinlo was dead so his son Oates Gell was entered as his right heir, and 
John Killey was also dead, so Christian Killey his granddau with husband Henry Kelly was entered as his heir.

a parcel of farmland of 6d rent in Kneebe treen, and Phinlo was dead so his son Oates Gell was entered as his right heir, and 
John Killey was also dead, so Christian Killey his granddau with husband Henry Kelly was entered as John's heir.
