1d April  about ye first of April 1682: 
Inprimis he comitted his soule to God and his bodie to be bu------[edge]    
ye holie church yard;   Item to his sister Mally Kelley six ------[edge]    
and to all ye rest of his relations that can lawfully clame any ------[edge]    
to his goods he left them six pence a peece legasie;    Lately 
he nominated and appoynted his onely child Katherin Killey whole ex
=exutor of all his goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever 
and if his child should die before shee came to age that her mother 
shall likewise have all that should be come due to her
