to their owne parish church and depriving the minister of his dues: ordered to be commited 3 dies in St Germans ----[dark] ye minister of ye pish his full dues, 
& the mynister that married ym they being -------[dark]  his pishiners: is allso to bee censured the next Court except hee can show just cause.

The last will of John Scarfe of Scarlett who was of good and perfect memory and com----[fold]      
ed his soule to God and bodie to Christian buriall.  Item he left his sons six pence 
apeece.  Item, 6d legacie to his daughter in Ireland,   Item, he constitued and nomin----[fold]      
Elizabeth Scarfe his daughtr his true and lawfull Executrix of all his goods whatsoever
because it was she only that lived wth him and did looke to him and relieved him in his 
longe sicknes, wch executrix said then att the will makeing that if her said sister in 
Ireland would, she should have a part of the Executorship wth her
