German 1684 This is affirmed to be ye last will & testamt: of Issable Quirk who departed this life ye 15th of februarie 1683/4 as followeth: first she committed her soul to God & her bodie to Chistian buriall. Itm: She left to Capt Robt Stevenson a mutton, Itm: to James Stevenson a sheep; Itm: to Nelly Stevenson a sheep. It to Jonie Kaighin a sheep, Itm: to Willm: Gell a sheep; Itm: to her godson John Quirk a sheep; Itm: to John Gell & Jonie Gell a sheep to each; Itm: to Donell Curlett a lambe; Itm: to Nelly Corras a lambe; Lastly she did constitute & appoint her brethren children Jonie Grace & Willm: Quirk on ye one part & her husband Gilbt: Gell on ye other then they shall have all ye rest of her goods moveable & unmoveable willing & requiring her sd husband to pay & discharge ye fees of the Court to whom also she left in legacy all ye wooll & all yarne in ye house, and what corne was remaining paying Capt Stevenson ye rents due there upon The husband & Jony Quirk who is at age is sworne in Court to be faithful to ye other Executors Testes Robt: Stevenson} Don: Curlett } jurati pbatum est et solvit 12d
