the legacy left John is to go to John Woods & Philip Clucas & John Clucas jointly.

German March 6e 20th 1684/5 In ye name of God Amen, I Philip Quirk sick in body but in perfect memorie praised be God doe make this my last will & testamt: as followeth: first I committ my soul to God & my body to Christian buriall craving pardon of God for all my sinnes. Itm: I leave to my wife a horse colt in Legasie. Itm: I leave to my gossip Kath Crellin a sheep; Itm: to ye minister Mr Watleworth a mutton, both wch are at Wm Crains house. Itm: I leave to John Clucas a sheep; To John Vinch a sheep of two yeares old; Itm: to Alice Christian a sheep of two yeares old; To John Woods & his wife a fillie colt; Itm: I constitute & apoint my son John sole Executr of all ye rest of my goods moveable & unmoveable & leave him to ye bringing up of his mother to whom I leave my part of ye corne & of ye bargaine of the ground for bringing him up; But if my said son die before he comes to 14 yeares of age, then whatever is due to my said Executr: by this will I leave to John Woods Philip Clucas & John Clucas joyntly betwixt them; save only three shillings a peice to my brother and sister, and I doe apoint my wife overseer.
