Archdeacon Will 1684A #080 Ballaugh will of Ann Quayle alias Kelly, died 14 March 1684/5:
Summary: husband is alive & they had 4 children together, son Philip, son William (underage) also: Catharine Quayle, Margaret Garrett,
witnesses: Thomas Crenilt & John Killip, pledges & brothers in law: William Cowley [married Jane Kelly] & Michael Cross [married Joney Kelly].
NOTE: Kelly is the maiden surname of Ann. Pledges are people responsible for making sure underage children, especially, receive their legacies, and so
will likely be trustworthy friends or relatives. Based on the names of the pledges of her will, and those same two names showing up as sons in law in
William Kelly's will of 1680, I have concluded that her father is William Kelly, and the pledges William Cowley and Michael Cross are her brothers in
law, which means Ann married xxxx Quayle, per the will of her father William Kelly.
will of father: ArW 1680A #27 Ballaugh will of William Kelly, died 12 December 1680: wife is alive, son William (underage, to be put to a trade),
