In ye name of God Amen I Ewan Hingley of Poolroash being sick in body but of sound & perfect mind & memory, praise be therefore given to Almighty God, doe make & ordain this my psent Last will & Testament, In manner & form following (that is to say) first and principally I commend my soul into ye hands of Almighty God, hoping through ye Merits, Death & Passion, of my Saviour Jesus Christ, to have full & free pardon & forgiveness of all my sins and to Inheritt everlasting life: and my Body I committ to ye earth, to be decently buried; And as touching ye disposition of all shuch Temporall Estate, as it hath pleased Al= =mighty God to bestow upon me, I give and dispose thereof, as followeth: first I will yt my Debtes and funerall charges shall be paid and discharged Ittm: I give & bequeath to Thomas Hingley my sonn sixe pence Legacye to Ren= =der & debase him for haveing any part or parcell of my goods.
