Archdeacon Will 1685A #18 German will of Margaret Teare alias Keggeen / Kaighin, died 7 November 1685:  
Summary: husband xxxx Teare is not mentioned, dau Ann, son in law Edmund Cowle, also:  Henry Radcliffe executor, 
Ellin Radcliffe, Mabel Corrin, Mrs Ann Harrison [alias Banks], Mrs Fargher.
German parish register: Margt: Tear buried 8 November 1685.
?Dau: Ballaugh parish register: Anne Cowle als Tear  buried 16 May 1720. 
?Dau: German parish register: Ann Teare married John [?sic] Cowle on 1 May 1683 in German.

German 1685 This is affirmed to be ye last will & testamt: of margt: Teare als Keggeen who depted this life ye 7th of November 1685, first she committed her soul to God & her body to Christian buriall, It: she left to Mrs Ann Harrison a course sheet, and another to Mrs Ffargher, It: she left a small chest to her daughter Ann & her wearing linnen with an old bolster & an old blankett, & 4 pounds of woollen yarn, It: she left to Mabell Corrin 4 pounds of woollen yarn & an old petticoate, It: to Henry Radcliffe a pott, It: to Ellin Radcliffe some unknockt flax, Lastly she constituted Edm: Cowle his son in law Executr but afterwards mentioned ye foresd Henry Radcliffe if he pleased Testes Hen: Radcliffe} Robt: Corrin } jurati pbatum est et Solvit 12d The Inventory is included in ye foresd Legasies, there being nothing else of value or moment Wheras Edmund Cowle hath not appeared to be sworne in Court as an Executr: ye foresd Henry Radcliffe is sworne to Administr: in ye sd Cowles stead, & to bring in a perfect Inventory and if Cowle will accept of ye Executrship he is to have it paying ye fees & charges expended by ye sd Radcliffe, & discharging ye foresd legasies
