Watterson & Robert Cubbon & Patrick Credeen/Credgeen & Richard Hingley & John Parr; William Cubbon of Ballacry died 1686 & his son William became his administrator, 
pledges: xxxx Keig & William Corrin, NOTE, Elizabeth Corrin is probably the dau of deceased Henry Corrin & Joney Cubbon, sister of William Cubbon of Ballabeg. NOTE, 
that kinsman John Quill of Castletown is probably the husband of Amy Corrin who died 1686 Malew, Episcopal Will, & John died 1695 Malew, & Amy was the sister of Henry 
Corrin who was the father of Elizabeth [Henry died 1665, ArW 1665A #005 Arbory], NOTE, that the mother of Elizabeth Corrin (Joney Cubbon) appears to be dead, though 
she was alive after the probate of husband Henry Corrin's will.

half after Thomas Corrin of Colby dies AND £28 from the mother & deceased father of Joney Cubbon; witnesses to Articles of Marriage: Henry Maddrell & 
Daniel Corrin & Henry Corrin & John Crellin vicar.

with wife Joney Corrin alias Cubbon & appears, with his wife, to have taken care of the baby for a while [NOTE, that John Quill is probably the husband of Amy Corrin,

Arbory Articles of Marriage condescended of concluded and aggreed upon the 30th Day of Novembr: 1630[sic, 1680]; Between Wm: Cubon of Ballacry in ye parish of KK Arbory and Dorothy Cubon his wife for an in behalfe of their son Willm: Cubon on the one parte; and Wm Cubon Ballabegg Jane Quillin als Cubon his sister and Jon: Quill of Castletown, in behalfe of their Kinswoeman Eliz: Corrin on the other parte as followeth ffirst Itt is covenanted, concluded and aggreed by and btween the sd partyes: that ye said Wm: Cubon junior and Eliz: Corrin shall enter into the holy estate of Matrimony at or before the first day of May next ensueing ye Date herof God and holy Church pmitting the same 2ly Itt is covenanted concluded and aggreed upon, by and between ye said partyes jointly in manner and forme following, that is to say that the said Wm: Cubon and his wife Dorothy, and ye said young Couple, shall imediatly after the mariage of the young Couple (when they please soe to posses themselves) be jointly interres---[dark edge] and concerned, as well in ye Lands and Estate of the said Wm: Cubon, with all other his goods moveable and unmoveable whatso= =ever, as alsoe the Lands Estate and Chatles of ye sd Elizabeth wth all other her goods moveable and unmoveable whatsoever, and to enoy the same jointly dureing ye life of the Wm: Cubon and Dorothy his wife: And when it pleaseth God to call for either of ye sd Wm: Cubon or Dorothy his wife, that ye younge couple is to have a quarter of the goods throughout ye whole, after the first fall, and ye other quarter of ye sd goods to be at the disposeing, of the survivor of ye sd Wm: and Dorothy, as they shall think good at the latter day 3ly Itt is covenated, and agreed upon, that ye said Wm Cubon and Dorothy his wife, shall wholy posses and enjoy both ye sd Estates and the goods wholy and woike the same & repair the houses upon their own charges, and receive the benefitt thereof wholy, untill the young Couple be in ------[dark edge] condicon or capable to enter upon ye ---ese of the premisses of ------[dark edge] [next page] and dureing the said time to nature them wth meat drink Lodgeing and all other necessaryes fitting their Degree & ----alty; with ------ for thois paise ---- shall be ------ 4ly Itt: is covenanted and aggreed upon: that when ye said young Couple shall be capable of receiveing and workinge the ----- of the p------ according as is menconed in ye second Article and shall not aggree to enjoy & work the same jointly as afforesaid, That then and in that case the said young couple may be at Liberty to enter upon the sd Eliz: her Estate, and the halfe of the goods throughout the whole peacibly without any disturbance, and to enjoy the same until the Decease of ye said Wm Cubon or Dorothy his wife and then to enter upon the halfe of ye sd Wm Extate, by inheritance or according the course of heyreship by the Lawes of the Island, And in case ue sd Wm minor die wthout Issue, then the sd Eliz: is to have only her own Estate and goods, & xxs[20s] over out of ye sd Wm: goods And for the performance of all and singular the pre= =misse, all the said partyes have bound themselves each to ye other in penalty of Tenn pounds in the nature of all forfeitures: And to wittness the same they have here unto subscribed their marker to their names, the day and year first within written Wittnesses prsent Wm: Cubon my marke X Richard Quillin X Dorothy Cubon my marke X Tho: Bredson Wm: Cubon junior my marke X Jon: Cubon my mrke X Willm: Cubon Hen: Waterson my mrke H Janie Quillin my marke J Robt: Cubon my marke R Jo: Quill my marke X Patr: Creedeen my mrke R Eliz: Corrin my marke X Richard Hinley my marke R Jon: Parre May the 6th 1686 Mr John Parr, Richard Quillin, Robert and Jo: Cubbon wittnesses to the above have deposed the same to be true in every as wthin written, and this before me Edw: Christian This contract is accepted of pbatum est et solvit for ye last will & testamt: of Wm Cubbon & his son Wm: Cubon is sworn Admstr: accordingly, & hath given pledges according to Law ----tt Kegg & Wm Corrin
