Archdeacon Will 1685A #56 Patrick will of Christian Kelly alias Quayle alias Clague, died 9 February 1685/6:  
Summary: 1st husband [Thomas] Quayle [his will ArW 1658A #02 Patrick], 2nd husband Thomas Kelly, son Arthur Quayle, son Thomas Quayle, son John Kelly, son 
Thomas Kelly, son Oates Kelly, dau Margaret Kelly, sister xxxx Callister als Clague is dead, nephew David Callister, niece Jane Callister, witnesses: William 
Corras & Hugh Cosnahan, pledges: [brother in law?] Philip Kelly & husband Thomas Kelly; also: John Wattleworth minister, Ann Cosnahan,  Ellin Corras, NOTE, 
Christian wanted to be buried in her sister's grave, & if she were, then she gave legacies to David & Jane Callister, who were the children of her sister.
Will of 1st husband: ArW 1658A #02 Patrick will of Thomas Quayle, died 28 November 1657: wife [Christian Clague] is alive [remarried (Thomas) Kelly, 
her will ArW 1685A #56 Patrick], son Arthur, son Thomas, dau Mary, witnesses: John Christian & Daniel Clark, pledges: William Clague & Daniel Clark.
See: 1660 Liber Vastarum, German: William Craine had farmland in Balladoyne treen of 2s 4d rend, and Michael Cross recovered the ground by Court proceedings, 
as Hugh Craine the son of William Craine acknowledged, and then Michael Cross & his son Hercules sold the ground to Thomas Quayle, but Thomas Quayle was now 
dead and bequeathed the ground to his son Arthur Quayle, which the widow of Thomas consented to along with her new husband Thomas Kelly.

KK Patrick This is affirmed to be ye last will & Testament of Christian Cluag who depted this life ye 9th of february 1685/, being in perfect memory at ye making thereof first she committed her soul to God & her body to Christi= an buriall. Itm: She left to her son Arthur Quaile three goates for & instead of ye roofe of a house due to him and 6d in Legasie; Itm: to Thomas Quaile her son two sheep & two goates, a blanket & sheet & 6d Legasie besides what was due to him by the death of his father; Itm: to her son John Kelley a blanket & sheet with her part of ye crop of corne & grounde; Itm: to her sonne Thomas Kelly a sheep and a goate with a blanket; Itm: to John Watleworth ye ministers son a young goate; Itm: to Ann Cusnahan a young goate; Itm: to Ellin Corras another; Itm: she declared yt if she would be permitted to be buried in her sisters grave then she left to David Calister a goate, & a mutton to Jane Calister; Lastly She constituted and appointed her two children Oates & Margt: Kelly her true & lawfull Executrs: of all ye rest of her goods moveable and unmoveable; Itt: to her son Oates Kelly a steere to putt him to a trade, & to her husband in Legasie half a steer Testes Willm: Corras} The Execrs: at age are sworne in Hugh Cusnahan} jurati Court in forme of Law pbatum est et solvit 12d The Inventorie taken according to law amounts in all to ................ 3£ - 0s - 0d the goods in ye Exs: hands who have given pledges according to Law Philip Kelly & Tho: Kelly More added to the Inventorie by ye father a firlet of barley .... 4s - 0d more two bowles of drie corne over & above ye crop summ.......... 8 - 0 These
