Archdeacon Will 1685A #60 Michael will of William Quayle, per 1672 Articles of Marriage dated 4 January 1673/4, between William Quayle & wife Isabel Keane/Kewn of 
Glonegue (their daughter Mally Quayle) and William Caine of Benegorge, Mally Quayle & William are to marry before 20 January 1673/4:  
Summary: Isabel Keane / Kewn died by 21 December 1681, and husband William Quayle died before November 1686. Their daughter Mally married William Caine 
who became administrator of the will of William Quayle in 1686; witnesses: Mr Charles Christian & John Quayle (sick in 1681) & John Caine.

NOTE, that 'Keane' is a form of 'Keone' & 'Kewin', see ArW 1655A #03 Lezayare where both 'Kewen' and 'Keane' are used for the same person.

Articles of mariage concluded condescended and agreed upon between William Quaile and his wife Isable Keane of Glonegue, on the one parte and William Caine of Banegorge on the other parte as followeth first is agreed upon that the sd William Caine and Mally Quaile daughter to the abovesd William Quaile shall enter into the bands of holy matrimony att or before the 20th day of January nexte ensueing the date hereof, and the sd William Caine shall have in dowry with hir if it please God to give them any daie[?] all the sd William Quailes Lands and goods, either bought by him, or held by morgage all if then after the death of the longest liver of the sd William Quaile or his wife and att present but halfe of them in possession Secondly it is agreed upon by both partyes that if the sd William Caine and Mally Quaile shall have noe children, that then between them that then the sd Will: Caine his heires executors or assignes shall have but half the Lands and goods of all corbs whatsoever from the sd Will: Quaile and his wife Isable Keane, for which he is to pay forty shillings to the executors or assigns or the sd Will: and Isable for the which he is to have half as above sd of all his Lands & goods and to wittness this to be thier full intent acte and deed all partyes have interchangably sett to their hands this 4th day of January 1673/4 wittnesses William Quaile mrk X Charles Christian Isable Kneane ----[dark] John Quaile William C----[dark] John Caine his mrke X [next page] December the 21th 1681 The wthin named Mr Charles Christian and John Caine two ----[edge] the wittnesses to the wthin Contract, the other being sicke, had this day deposed all the wthin contract --- be the mutuall agreement of the wthin parties as within written before----[edge] Edw: Christian This Contract is accepted for ye last will & Testamt: of Wm: Quaile & his wife, & Willm: Caine their son in Law is sworne according to Law acceptam est et solvit Pledges to secure yt office & to pay all debts & what is Incumbent in ye Admstr:, John Caine and Patr: Curlett Novr: 5th 1686 Philip Cluag enters his claim agt ye Exers: of Willm: Quaile for 10s due debts, & craveth ye Law
