Archdeacon Will 1685A #63 Lezayre will of John Caley, died March 1685/6: 
Summary: 1st wife & children: dau Isabel, dau Catharine, dau Bahie (youngest); 2nd wife Margaret Cry; also: Thomas Kinread & wife; 
witnesses: Thomas Fayle & Marriad Keig, pledges: Michael Caley & Thomas Kinread & William Quayle & Patrick Caley.

Leizayre June 14th 1686 The last will and testament of John Caley who departed this life ----[dark spot] of March as followeth first he committed his soule to God, and his bodie to Christian buriall; Item he bequeathed to Thomas Kindred his part of ye ground for three yeares and his part of ye husbandrie geares and also his part of ye crop of corne, and at ye expiration of ye 3 yeares to returne to his daughter Isable Calie, and ye sd Kindred to have his owne part to dispose of as he pleaseth; Item he adviseth his children Bahey Isable and Katherin to forgive ye sd Kindred what corne was due to them from him, by ye death of their mother; Item he bequeathed to ye sd Thomas Kindred and his wife a quarter of a heifer; Item he bequeathed that if his daughter Isabel would live in ye house, that ye other two should let her have their parts of ye land (due to them by ye death of the mother) shee paying to them what it was worth; Lastly he constituted and appointed his two daughters Katherine and Bahey whole executrices of all ye rest of ye goods moveable and unmoveable, Item to his wife Margrett Cry 6d legasie; Item to Thomas Ffaile 6d witnesses Thomas Ffaile} The eldest daughter is sworn Marriot Kegg } jurati in forme of Law & to be true to ye other Executr: pbatum est et solvit 6d An Inventorie of ye goods of John Caly priced by swarne men viz: Tho: Ffaile John Moore junr: William Kindred & Wm Ke----[dark] £ s d The whole Inventorie priced comes to ye summe of 01 - 00 - 0----[dark] The goods of ye youngest child in ye hands of Issabell & Cathrine Calie who hath given pledges Mitchell Kalie & Tho: Kinred The said Issabell & Cathrine hath acknowledg their mother goods to be in their own hands, & therupon have drawn the securies for the same vizt: Wm: Quaile, Patr: Calie
