   by a contract bargain given by Stephen Kneen & his first wife Ann Vandy/Vondy dated 27 Oct 1677, a certain intack of 3.5d rent near Lane Moar mill was settled 
   on the issue of Ann Vandy, which is her daughter Catharine Corlett alias Kneen, wife of Thomas Corlett of Andreas; a disagreement between John Kneen son of 
   Stephen Kneen [& his 2nd wife] & Thomas Corlett, the husband of Catharine Kneen (dau of Stephen Kneen & his 1st wife): Thomas Corlett & wife Catharine Kneen 
   surrender to John Kneen & discharge him of what is due by death of their father Stephen Kneen & his 1st wife Ann Kneen als Vandy; & Thomas Corlett was to give 
   in exchange a field called Gary Vane of 16d yearly rent, lately bought from John Key of Andreas & another parcel of said quarterland of 16d rent& mortgaged from
