ArW 1728A #13 German), dau Catharine,   pledges: brother Robert Stevenson & son in law? Richard Ellison.
German parish register:  Cath: Woods als Stevenson buried 12 January 1687/8.
Husband: German parish register: Capt Tho: Woods buried 28 March 1694; Notation by Robt. Brew, Vicar 1694: John Woods of Knocksharee 
tells me that he was about a year and a quarter when his grandfather, the above Tho Woods was buried.

German Cathrine Woods als Stevenson depted this life about ye 10th of January 1687, Intestate, whereof ye Court having Intelligence hath decreed her four children vizt: Tho: John Jane & Katherine sole & joynt Admistrs: of all her goods moveable & unmoveable who in the face of the Court have by agreemt: known to themselves wherewith they acknowledge themselves satisfied and made a resignation & C---- of their Interest the Administration to their father Captn Woods who is accordingly sworne in Court in form of Law, & hath given pledges to fullfill ye Law and to secure ye office Robt: Stevenson & Rich: Ellison Decretum est et Solvit xs [10s] note yt Capt Woods hath consented in ye face of ye Court to pay to Capt: Stevenson forty shillings wch the aforesd Cathrine Woods left to her brother on her bed of sickness
