having intelligence hath decreed his brethren 
John & Wm:  Saile, his sisters Margt, Marjery 
& Jane lawfull & joynt Admstr: of all his 
goods moveable & imoveable, two of whom 
Wm & Margrett are sworne in forme of Law 
& to be faithfull to ye other Admistr: 

		Decretum est et solvit

Quay als Mercer and in the behalf of her daughter 
Alice Sail daughter of John Sail of England deceased
            at and from the hands of Wm Sail 
and Margt Quark als Sail the full and just sum 
of 10s - 8d, beeing the propcon of goods due by the 
death of Edw: Sail according to the above Inventory 
for which I doe hereby acquit and Discharge 
the said Wm and Margt:  witness my subscripcon
